The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before its receipt, and after receipt of the Product - within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product from the online store. Or within 14 days after making a purchase in an offline store.
Return of a Product of proper quality is possible provided that its presentation, factory labels, tags, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. Return of a used product, as well as a Product manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order, is not possible.
