You can place a request for a certificate on our website. After submitting your request, our manager will contact you to confirm the details and arrange for payment.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive the certificate in digital format. We can send the certificate to you or directly to the recipient. The certificate can be used right after purchase. You can pay for the certificate in full or partially (in case of partial payment, the remaining balance stays on the card). If the purchase amount exceeds the certificate's value, you can pay the remaining balance via a provided link
You can use the certificate to pay for purchases in any of our stores or online. To pay for purchases in the online store, you need to place the order through a manager via WhatsApp, specifying the certificate number during checkout.
If you decide to return items that were paid for with a gift certificate, the funds will be returned to the gift card, and you can use them for new purchases.
